Bruce Investigates
Bruce is a real pug. He has his own children's picture book, in English and Portuguese: thirteen spreads of one very serious investigation into where the treats are hidden.
The first books I ever loved were picture books, read to me before I could read them back. Everything else here began with an idea. This one began with Bruce.
No build step, no dependencies, zero third-party requests, no tracking. WCAG 2.2 AA on every page. Full history, education and stack on the CV.
About
Finally building the things I once could only imagine.
One of my earliest memories is a classmate asking me to draw Goku during break in third grade, and a few other kids gathering round to watch. I kept drawing through school, then stopped in adult life without ever deciding to. What I missed turned out not to be the drawing itself. It was making something and putting it in front of someone.
Frontend gives me that back. It scratches the same instinct, except what I make now is interactive and meant to be used rather than hung on a wall.
I'm looking for a frontend role where design and code sit close together.
